Write Your Own Orders

You’re not waiting for permission anymore.

There’s a moment every man reaches in his growth where he realizes:

He’s still waiting.

Waiting for the right time.
Waiting for the green light.
Waiting for someone to say, “You’re ready.”

But you’re not in boot camp anymore.
You don’t need permission.

You give the orders now.

When I got sober, I thought the war was over.

But the real war had just begun.

Because once the fog cleared, I saw all the areas I was still waiting for direction:

  • Waiting for motivation to hit.

  • Waiting for a boss to guide me.

  • Waiting for “a sign” before taking action.

I’d beaten addiction, but I was still operating like a slave, a prisoner waiting for commands.

The moment everything changed?

When I started writing my own orders.

I started the day with what I told myself to do.
I didn’t need it to be perfect, I just needed to own it.

That’s when I went from floating to forging.

Here’s a truth you can build a whole new life on:

You don’t need clarity to lead yourself, you need courage.

Every man needs a mission to wake up to.

If you’re feeling lost, anxious, stuck... it’s probably because you haven’t given yourself a clear mission to obey.

Try this for the next 3 mornings:

Sit in silence for 3 minutes.
Ask yourself: “If I were the commander of my life, what orders would I give myself today?”
Write down 3 clear orders and follow them like your freedom depends on it.

Because it does.

When you stop outsourcing direction, you build internal leadership.

That’s how men become dangerous, in the best way.

We don’t need more men who can follow.
We need more who can forge.

You’re not here to be managed.

You’re here to lead.

What orders are you giving yourself this week?

If you want help setting your mission, building your routine, and staying accountable to the man you said you’d become…

Reply to this email with the word “FORGE.”
I’ll send you a free mission-builder tool to get started.
